Bashing: Do not use excessively negative language without an explanation. You are allowed to say that you do not like something but please give a reason, and don’t just mindlessly lash out in a negative manner. “I hate Brand-X guitars and everyone that owns one is an idiot” is an example of bashing, while “I had a Brand-X guitar and I didn’t like it because the pickup’s and tuners were inferior quality” is not bashing. 2) Inappropriate Postings a. Language: Please do not use any language that will offend people. b. Adult content: Images of nudity, real or not will not be permitted on these forums. Please do not write in a sexually suggestive manner. Do not post links to websites that sponsor adult content. c. Spamming: Multiple posts regarding a particular website in order to attract traffic to them, particularly for personal gain will not be tolerated. Links to sites that are relevant to the current discussion will be permitted. d. Copyrighted Material: Please do not post images, avatars, signature blocks or any other copyrighted material unless you are sure who owns the copyright and that the material can be used for social purposes.
